oh yeah - i love a bargain!
2 years ago i bought a red evening gown in a sale & when i got to the till i was told it was included in a buy one get one free offer so i got a blue gown too which came to a grand total of £5 for both of them & every time i wear either of them i get loads of nice comments! it was one of the best shopping days of my life

I bought a really nice top. It was marked up at 30 pounds and when I got to the till, it turns out it was in the sale. The cashier said to me " This has been reduced to 3 pounds, is that ok?" Well, I was hardly going to turn round and say that it wasn't ok and that I wanted to pay full price for the item. LOL. That was indeed the bargain of the century!!!

Went to Sainsbury's yesterday, where I found a box of those mini choccy donuts marked down from £1.99 to 90p. Yum yum, thought I, as I put them in my basket with my other shopping. When I looked at the receipt on the way out, I noticed that I'd only been charged 20p for them! And so I danced a happy little dance, all the way back to the car. However, hubby and me got the munchies later, so they only lasted five mins.

Don't you know it!! I recently went to a dress shop when they were having a sale. I bought 4 items , 2 skirts & 2 blouses. I thought the blouses were much more than they actually were.
What a lift that gave me. I paid for both what I thought I would
have to pay for each one.

Bought a rug that was marked $75.00 and when I took it to the register found out it was on sale for $29.00! Rock on!

when i splurged on a designer-brand blouse i just had to have & found out it was 75% off. i saved so much serious cash that i was able to buy a cute new skirt w/ matching shoes & purse & still had enough to go out to lunch!
