Some legitimate organizations working for more and equal rights for Pakistani women?

I mean established, reputable entities. Those whose use of funds is easy to track. Those that are not, and never were under any suspicion. I especially want to avoid entities that masquerade as Islamic do-gooders, when, in fact they support terrorism. Islamic, Christian, secular--fine: as long as it is a legit organization.
