Music has been a rich source of entertainment since the ages. It still continues to throb the hearts of many. In today’s advanced technological world there are many gadgets which are kept by the users with them always like I-pod, walkman etc. There was time of Cassettes, CDs, DVDs and now is the time of recording music in USB drives and listening to it at ur leisure time. Sometimes we need to buy music chores and sometimes we get it free from our friends or relatives. Internet is gaining ground everyday in everybody’s life. Life is, slowly, becoming incomplete without Internet. Internet is a rich source of music too. Your requirement can also be met from the following links provided these are surfed thoroughly and consciously. It provides music, paid and free, both. Caution: I would like to add that in reality nothing is free. One needs to pay something if not cash then in kind. Such sites which claim for distributing things free tend to send adware, spyware, malware or any other such thing which may prove harmful to computer or mobile phone. So your computer or mobile phone must be well equipped with some good quality Anti Virus Software like AVG, MCaffe etc, Anti spyware software, Anti Adware Software like Lava Soft etc. One may start getting un-necessary bulk mail. So while downloading be cautious of such things and adopt some precautionary measures in advance. I shall suggest you to read their privacy policy also.

Limewire is no different from the old free Napster Music Community..that was eventually stopped as a free music download site...there is no legal free music download site.
Whether you get caught doing it is another matter ..the chances are practically zero...so as long as you know that it's not legal to d/load free music, then Limewire is the best site.

bearshare and kazaa are both illegal. all free download websites are illegal, but there are ways to get around this. for example, playing songs using itunes, and recording them using a program called total recorder. hope that helps!

This is what I do - and it WORKS A TREAT!!!

Firstly go to http://www.downloads.com and download "WAVEPAD" then install it.

THEN - Search for Music Videos I.E Yahoo Music, Bebo Playlists, YouTube Music Videos... etc etc... and when they are playing on your computer WAVEPAD can record it and transfer it into a MP3 File.

EASY! and LEGAL!

This way you can find virtually ANY song and you don't have to wait for download times :-D

Just make sure you put any messengers on BUSY while you record otherwise the noises will show up on your CDs. :-)

Oh the beauty of innocence & naiivity.
Your question is rather like asking "Anyone know any shops giving away free CDs of all the latest releases?" (Forgive the sarcasm!)

Wouldnt it be nice, but tragically, if you want to stay within the law, its gonna cost ya
