OK, first, read about the lives of famous occultists:

http://usminc.org/famous.html

Then decide if it's worth persuing. If you want to wind up broke and forgotten, go for it!

If there is any truth to the old saying "Those who can, do. Those who can't, teach.", that truth is found in the occult, and Wicca in particular. Silver Ravenwolf has written close to a dozen books on the subject of "The Craft", and claims she has been studying it since about 1969, which is almost as long as I’ve been alive. She has written a book on how to cast money spells, and includes a chapter on how to do so in her Teen Witch book. But the thing is, she doesn't particularly sound all that prosperous herself. Ravenwolf writes,

" For years I couldn't afford to go to a hair stylist (still can't, it's shop and chop for me). I got pretty good at stying my own hair from looking at magazine pictures" [SOURCE: Teen Witch, Llewellyn Publications, 2003 edition, page 145]

OK, she so rich she can't go to the hairdresser. Hey, get me a copy of that Prosperity Spell book! And love spells don't work either.

Silver Ravenwolf seems to have inadvertently discovered that Wicca makes things worse, but won't ever admit it as such.
In Teen Witch she says

"A lot of people tell me how bad their lives have gotten after casting a spell and tell me they won't do Witchcraft anymore. I tell them their lives would have been much worse for not having cast the spell".

Gee Silver, you would think a lot of people would be saying things like "Hey, Silver Ravenwolf, my life has improved tremendously with Wicca!" if Wicca is as great as they claim. Instead it makes lives much worse, and even Silver Ravenwolf admits she hears this a lot!!!

Why? Because sometimes, things are just as you think they are. Most average people will tell you the occult deals with black magic and demons, and demons are evil beings who wish us harm. This is how it is my friend. The occult is evil, and brings bad happenings into a person's life, and Wicca is an occult religion. When you stop trying to rationalize it with inaccurate data and just use common sense you will realize this. Some occultists are of above average intelligence, and I think part of the problem is they have book smarts but not common sense. There are two forces at work in this universe: the counterfeit and the genuine. Wicca’s source of power is not the genuine. There’s just simply no way Wicca (and thus the copycat Neopagan religions) can be created from the black magic writings of “The Great Beast 666", the bizarre sexual practices of Gardner, the spiritual “guidance” of the Watchers (fallen angels) and still be a source of good!

None of the people who have answered your question can make it work either, Don't delude yourself. It's an incredible waste of time and money, and it's spiritual poison.

First of all, please quit sneaking out of the house. There are so many things that could happen to you and it would take some time for someone to figure out foul play is involved if you disappear all the time already.
As far as pleasuring yourself, the shower or bathtub is a private place.
I suggest you learn about the Craft a bit. Many teens live at home and study and practice the Craft. I see many on the Mythology & Folklore boards and the Religion & Spirituality boards.
I do not advocate lying to parents. Parents were once teens as well and they understand more than you think they do.

If you feel the need to hide it from your family you might want to ask yourself why you can't be proud of it and share it with your family? (besides your thinking they'll "kill" you)

The probably don't care about much of what you want to do (like if someone thinks you should wear a certain typing of clothing but your tastes are different from that). Witchcraft is a whole different kind of thing, and you should really ask some people on here (on in your own life) why it may not be a healthy thing for you to be doing, consider the idea that your family (or at least your parents) may be right, and then decide to do only stuff you can be proud of.

There are lots of places in the world, where being a Witch, isn't the end of the world. I was worried my Catholic family wouldn't accecpt me and my religion, but they did, and still love me just as I am. If you want to study the Craft, talk to your family.

Yes I'm a Witch, have been for 13+ yrs and Yes my family knows. I told my family when I was a teen, still living at home, and in High School.

I can not condone sneaking out and not telling at least your mom and dad. Even if they will not allow you to practice in the home. You can at least inform then of what it is you intend to do. If you will not be able to practice while you are with them you will just have to wait until you are 18 and out of the house. Doing this against your parents wishes while you are living with them will cause negative to gather and therefore cause problems between you all.

The simplest and easiest way to practice is in your head. Depending upon the branch of magic you practice, the items used in ritual are only symbols that help you access the energy they represent. If you understand the use of props, you can easily visualize all of your practice before bed.

If you can hide a few candles and other items in the bathroom, or scatter them around your personal jewelry box or makeup pots so that they just look like things kids tend to collect, you can use your free time before and after bathing. Please note: you're supposed to consecrate anything magical exposed to anyone else, especially before and after personal use.

Witchcraft was practiced secretly for hundreds of years, and I suppose it worked just fine for them.

why would you want to do something that you have to hide from family? It is natural to want to hide things from family that are bad or embarrassing, either way you may want to reconsider doing that.

Witchcraft is not about lying to your family. Please wait until you no longer live at home.
