You might also want to consider Danville, Virginia, a poor town that is getting poorer fast. Hillsville, Virginia, and Covington, Virginia suck really bad, too.
Any of the podunk little Florida panhandle counties snugged up against the Alabama border.
Livingston, Texas is a nest of rattlesnakes, by the way.

Arkadelphia, Arkansas. Think about it. The name has redneck written all over it. Sounds like they wanted to name it Philadelphia, but found out there is one in PA. So they changed the Phil to Ark. No brainer there, but rednecks generally don't use their brains to often.
Now if Okie = Redneck then Muskogee, Oklahoma would be the top spot. They have a song named after them.

Several central and west Florida that are full of rednecks: They consist of the following:
Auburndale, FL, Bartow, FL, Dade City, FL., Haines City, FL., Ft Meade, FL., Lake Wales, FL, Plant City, FL, Zephyrhills, FL, Seffner, FL, Dover, FL, and Wildwood, FL and a few in Winter Haven, FL and Lakeland, FL. Central and West Central FL is redneck Country on steroids. All of the aforementioned towns have their fair share of rednecks.

Most of north central Florida....but I would have to say that the two worst would be Cross City, FL and Old Town, Florida. They are 10 mins away from each other , and I think they have all originated from the same blood line. The biggest report of abuse for their victim advocate is... incest...

Mine! And I live in Kentucky..I won't tell you which town though, but I'll give you the demographics (or at least what I can remember) : We have around 5,000 people living here, 98.6% white, 0.08% African American, 0.6% Native American....and thats all I can remember. Sadly it is a very racist and redneck town.
