tesco internet phone?

i have been given a tesco internet phone but i cant use it as i have no bank account to register
is there a alternative internet phone service that dosent require a bank account,its a usb connection phone
if there is no other phone service ,what else could i use it for,any ideas

use skype its free and its easy to download x
