I was born 19th february. Some horoscopes say Aquarius others say Pisces..
This is the only day I know of that fluctuates..

It is depending what time and place you are born. February 19 is one special date for horoscope. Aquarius or Pisces?
Still, it is hard to tell which sign are you esp at the end of old and the begin of an other sign.
I have been there this same situation of yours. I'm a Libra or Scorpio? October 23. Some newspaper or Internet, say that Scorpio start on Octobre 23; others, October 24. Really confused and lost.
With the time and place that I was born, which I'm going to show to you this site below, I was a truly SCORPIO and NOT a LIBRA. And it fit well for my personality.

I was born on the same day. One of my friends in school says it depends on the time you were born. If you were born after 7 at night you are a Pisces, and if before you are an Aquarius.

Personally, i think you are an Aquarius-Pisces. From my source, you would be a Pisces. I am a Taurus-Gemini if it helps (May 21). I just read the horoscopes for both signs.
