I want to develop website in which there will be only one page and it contents only the links of good website?

It will content the links of only good websties and links will be shown in category wise. So what do you it will be success and google adsense will accept it?

Adsense would probably accept it, but you are limited to the amount of ads that can be posted per page. You are talking about a very long page, I doubt you would make much money.
