No, but Jarome Iginla got jobbed when they gave the MVP award to Jose Theodore that pre-lockout year. Grant Fuhr probably should have won a Conn Smythe award (playoff MVP) but what can ya do when #99 is on your team?

Anyway, who gives a crap what color a person's skin is? Aren't we so over that yet?

Furh won the MVP for an all-star game, not the season or playoff so I'd say no, no players of african ethnicity has won the MVP. Jerome Iginla could do it someday though, he sure has the skills to win it.

NO! Jerome Iginla won Art Ross, and the Lester B. Pearson Award in 2001-02 season.

I think Jarome Ignlia won it a few years ago. I know he got the Art Ross but not sure about the Hart. I don't know if Grant Fuhr ever won the Hart but he should have. He was awesome!
