Does anybody know if this game is available for play online anywhere?

I LOVED THIS GAME!! I've been looking for this for a few years. There's supposed to be a "facsimile" version but I'm reluctant to download it for fear that it's gonna have garbage in it as well.
Microsoft only released this with one Game Pack (G/P 2, I think). It's too bad because it's such a great game. I actually have it sitting on an old, old computer but the mouse doesn't work and the CPU was not upgraded for Y2K so a bunch of stuff went hinkey.

Just looked up some info... apparently there are some legal issues surrounding the original game so it can't be released. But the developer is working on another game. No date info on when it'll be available.
