i havent really been able to pull all of the foreskin back but part of it. and the glan feeels really sensitive when touched. it even stings when i slip on my pants (well when its still showing). i dunno what to do and its really annoyingg.

You have to give it more exercise. The more you do to it, the better it will feel. Pull the skin back and forth as many times a day as you can. Real soon, you won't be able to stop because it will feel so good.

That's actually fairly normal. You're just unused to the sensitivity of your glans. But you will want to be able to retract your foreskin fully. If it's tight or doesn't want to go back all the way, just stretch the opening of the foreskin as far as it'll go without pain, like increasing its radius, for a few minutes each day for a few weeks. That'll almost certainly take care of that problem.

Once that's taken care of you can retract your foreskin back all the way to expose the glans to the air (only) for a few minutes each day; this'll eventually desensitize the glans just enough to the point where it'll be bearable. Regardless, there's really not much you can do or really should do except just get used to it, and you will in time.

I would assume that you are not circumsized. You probably need to go to a urologist and be evaluated. I am a nurse who worked in the ICU and you have no idea what I have seen that can happen to a man who is uncircumsized......it is bad enough to be in the ICU.......seriously! I have seen testicles bigger than grapfruits and unbelieveable pain! Don't wait until something gets bad.......go now!

i think you should see a dcotor and try to pull back your foreskin every day
