These are all hypothesis that try to address solar system formation. You have the whole gamut there, and about all they have in common is they all involve the planets condensing out of gas. How the gas comes to be in the vicinity of the sun varies from hypothesis to hypothesis.

The nebular theory describes how the solar system formed. I haven't heard of the others and I'm too lazy to look them up, but I would guess they also describe solar system formation. If that is the case, the nebular theory is the one that is accepted by astronomers.
