Well there are TONS of issues facing the Black community you need to be more specific. But there are two that I can think of.
First, an increasingly number Black women are contracting HIV. Why, because of Black men on the DL. Black society needs to accept homosexuality because just we may not completely agree with it, but that is ot going to stop men sleeping with other men and giving it to their unsuspecting wives. The pressure on men to be straight needs to be lifted because all its doing is hurting the Black community as a whole.
Second, we as African-Americans have been through a lot in this country. But we need to stop pretending like we're the only ones. Hispanics and Asians have been through hell in this country too and instead of fighting them we need to unite as people of color. We also need to stop accepting our own stereotypes and then shunning people who transcend them.
I could go on and on but those are definitely the 2 of the top issues facing us.

There's no issue.Sad you can try to solve a certain race's community,but not stuff like gangs or w/e.

There are a lot of issues, poverty, educational disadvatage, digital divide, black on black crime, AIDS, which one, there are so many. We must be educated, and take responsibility for educaing our childresn, we must stand tall.

By not putting the issues in a forum, such as this one, in which racists and bigots will feed their hatred.
Create a community organization to deal with whatever issues you are concerned about.
