I decided I am going wear my black dress with the green ribbon and i can't decide to wear green or black nail polish or to have my hair down straight or curled down or just up...

i would go with green nails.. coz black nails would be too mch black..! and you should wear a curly ponytail.. coz we.. hair tied up would be a lil too mch..! but a ponytail would look hott.. chick!! all the best!

I think the green nail polish, black just seems to dark. And for the hair, it all depends on the weather because hair down can look very nice but not if you are all sweaty and hot. So I would say hair down and curled ,but if its too hot then definatly put it up. Good Luck!

i suggest you dont wear a dress and wear a white tight baby tee with a denim mini skirt. silver hoops and a blue wide belt over the shirt with blue flats and blue and black pearls would top it all off. black nail polish and straight hair down would look fabulous--blue eyeshadow on upper-eyelid and black eyeshadow on lower eye-lid w/ neutral lipgloss

if you must..green nail polish and curl your hair to put it up in a high ponytail to look sexy. dont forget makeup.

i suggest you use green nail polish, and put your hair up in a messy bun, letting it down wouldn't be so bad either.
