Not in general. For example, you could very lightly pluck a violin string or you can more aggressively pluck the string; either way the wavelength is the same but the amplitude is different.

There is no relation between amplitude and wave length.Since amplitude is maximum displacement of the vibrations whereas wavelength is distance between two sucessive crests or troughs
Then wavelength of particular a wave is same even the amplitude differs
