Astronomy has allowed us to view much of what we could not see before.
We can look past the sun with technologies. Since the planets rotate the Sun, we can see in all circular directions. Some astronomers say that all of the centers of each galaxies is a blackhole ... it's widly accepted, but new to science.
However, we have not put a boundary on space, and cannot see past the current horizen of space that we've explored.

The sun is rotating regularly. We can even see that. As sun is a huge flame it's impossible and harmful to detect. But using a telescope we can see the sunspots rotating. Which happens only because of the rotation of sun.

Actually,
If memory serves me correctly, I think that there is a Lagrange point over there. It would not be one of the stable points, though. There is a possiblilty that some small rocky objects occupy it.
An interesting question.

There's nothing there. If there was, one of the many space probes we have sent into space (e.g. the ones sent to Mercury and Venus) would have seen it by now.

It would have to be exactly opposite the earth in the same orbit to be hidden. Highly unlikely.

There's no planet over there, trust me. But if there was, it would be really cool. We could send all the dumb people over there and start over.

We can't see that area from earth, but our space probes have looked there and have viewed..........nothing.
Sorry, you'll have to come up with a different line of foolishness
