1 - How does a physical property differ from a chemical property?
2- When is a property not a change?

You would really be helping me out if you can answer either questions. Thanks.

A physical property is any aspect of substance that can be measured or perceived without changing it. A chemical property, on the other hand, can only be observed by changing a substance's chemical identity.

A chemical change is a process in which reactants are changed into one or more different products. A chemcial property is therefore a potential for chemical change.
