This is the sequence of operation u should do to solve this kind of equation
Now, the eqn.
8*4-3+9-7*4
= 32-3+9-28 , multiplication comes before addition and subtraction
= 32+9 - 3-28
= 41 - 3 - 28
= 38 - 28
= 10, here is the answer

8x4=32
7x4=28
then add the rest.
32 - 3 + 9 - 28
= 10
