Unless you take a test or wait for your stomach to grow and feel a baby kick, there is no way to know for sure if you are pregnant. The symptoms are very common in things other than pregnancy, like colds, viruses, etc. You can't tell just because your back hurts.

There is no way of knowing for sure until 9 months have elapsed unless you take a test.
Some people just seem to know. I had tried for 4 years to get pregnant and nothing happened but one day I said to my husband, what would you do if we got pregnant last night and he said we did. The second time around, the doctor had told me that I probably would never get pregnant again and five years later I said to my husband, "If I could get pregnant, I would be pregnant last night" and sure enough I was.
But if you are no in tune to your body, you may not be able to sense it.; however, if you have been sexually active, get a home pregnancy test. Why don't you want to have a test? That is the only sure fired way of knowing except for waiting till the baby surprises you and comes.
There are other things that can cause you to not have a period. One of them is stress, another is improper diet, for example if you are anorexic or bulimic your body may be stressed to the point that your period shuts down, and many other things. Take a test!

Did you have unprotected sex? If no period this is the best indicator, you will also have a loss of energy and feel sleepy all the time in the first trimester.
If you are asking this question, you should contact a local clinic and get tested, you can do this for free, and next time honey, educate yourself first.

there is no way to know 100% sure in the first several weeks unless you are tested.
i know you must be frightened about now ... but you can go to a local Planned Parenthood and talk to a counselor ~ and get a test. it's confidential and i believe that they can do it at very low or no cost.
don't wait ... take care of your health and be SURE.
then once you know for sure you can decide what to do from there.
good luck.

Your boobs will be sore that's usually your first sign. But I would get a preg. test. If you are scared to do it at home go to a local health department it is confidential and they will support you if you have questions or need advise. They usually will give you some condoms or other options for birth control if you are not.

Why can't you just go take a test, they sell them in almost every store?...Or would you rather ponder not knowing the unknown?
