I am 15 years old and I haven't been growing at all for one month and a bit, my brother is 12 years old and he is starting puberty and he is nearly taller than me or atleast only just under my height.

This is really starting to worry me because my father is 5ft 10 and I have stopped near 5ft 6.

Could it be that I am not getting enough exercise or it because the way I am?

Don't sweat it, dude, you'll start growing again in another few months, and then your bro will stop, etc... Just eat right and you'll be fine.

Men don't stop growing until the age of 25.
Women stop growing by 18.

Most likely you are in between growth spurts. Most males have another growth spurt between ages 17-19, so don't worry.
