psychology is the study of mind. biology is the study of life or whatever. chemistry is the study of chemicals

Psychology deals with the mind, the inner workings of the mind, not just the physical aspects (as Biology and Chemistry would) but also very much in the emotional and mental aspects of a person.

and yes, psychology does involve math.

also, you use bio and chem in the study of psychology.

It is called a soft science because it is virtually impossible to make quantitative predictions; instead one has to rely on what is called qualitative predictions. Quantitative means very precise and qualitative means approximate. One of the reasons for this dichotomy is due to the fact that there are too many factory and variables that influence the behavior of people; and the human brain is too complex to understand.

the science of psycology is a science that you can solve it's problems by talking and treating the psycos,as for biology, chemistry, physics...you do experiments and it has nothing to do withpersonalities and those kind of stuff

wow there way different phychology is the study of people and basically why they do what they do and bio and chem are sciences chem has to do with chemicals obviosly like actions and reactions while biology has to do with the study of the earth and how it works and stuff like that
