While I will agree with the lack of health care, etc., I will say that the main problem with the black community is a lack of common sense and a lack of self-worth. Parents--teach your daughters that giving up the goods so easily will only devalue her. Teach your sons to be responsible for their actions. Build up their self-esteem instead of tearing it down. Don't wait for a government agency to step in to help. They are not very good at it.
