When it come to make up, your hair color is secondary to your skin and eye color.
You should look for foundation and powder that matches your skin tone. Check out Loreal - True Match at the drug store :)
Use an under eye concealer that is a shade lighter than your foundation to brighten your eyes.
I'm assuming that you have fair skin from your hair color, so I would recommend a light peachy or pink blush.
On the eye a simple trick (I learned this from a make-up artist) dab a little light sparkly shadow on the inside of your eyes next to your nose and some right under your eyebrows. If you want to dab some color on your lids, you can't ever go wrong with a light brown but depending on your eye color you can experiment with fun colors (blue, light purple, and gold) on the lids. Just sweep lightly, nothing too heavy.
A nice eye liner and mascara will complete the look. You should most likely use a dark brown pencil and mascara if your skin tone is fair.
If you have CASH you can go to a department store and they'll help you, but if you're like me and you buy your make-up at the drug store things get a little more complicated.
Once you get this down, it should only take you five minutes to get ready.
Work it out gorgeous!

Try lighter shades of make-up, anything extra dark, like heavy black eyeliner won't look good :) For your eyes it depends on your eye color, just experiment. For your lips, use a light pink lip gloss. Hope that helps!

I have dirty blonde hair too... I wear a gold bronze-ish color. And sometimes I wear a sparkly blue to match my eyes. And mascara is a must! If you have light colored eyes lashes and you don't use mascara you always look really tired! *lol*

Depends on your skin tones. Match your makeup to your natural skin tones and it will look good despite your hair color.

What color eyes do you have? If you have light eyes a light color would look good, light blue, pink, green, if you have darker eyes a dark color would look good, maybe a light brown.
