Of course. Each expansion just adds more detail to the main game. So when you play the game, just insert the CD for the newest expansion pack into the CD player. That one will run the game and ensure that you can see the details to all the other games installed.
Each expansion installed needs to know the other expansions are there, and with the correct CD loaded in the CD player, legal installations will have no problem running all the expansions at once.
For example, if you have a kid that just finished going to university and he comes home with diploma, now he can go to town that Nightlife came with and even open his own business in town, if OFB is there too.

Yes, you can play them all at once. Once you have the main Sims2 game, you just have to install all of the expansion packs (I think you have to install them in order?). You have to use the first disc of the last expansion pack that you own. All of the expansion pack information is installed on your computer, though, so you can play any of it with the single disc.

yes you can play them all at once. Each game is like an upgrade to the sims 2 but your game play might be slow unless you have a lot of free space.
