Read the Schwarzbein Principle. She has a whole regimen for people with exhausted adrenals, including how to diagnose it. She's an endocrinologist who's had problems of her own.

This sounds like nonsense. I have perused her work and she is just advocating another disproven low carbohydrate diet. Atkins, South Beach etc
