If you want to try something unique, get some bristol board, cut it up into card shapes, then get some flower petals and different coloured tissue paper. Arrange a few of the flower petals on the front of the board, then wet ragged strips of the tissue paper and press them on top. Keep doing this until you get the desired, multicoloured effect. Try darker flower petals, as they show through better. The end result is a very pretty, professional looking card. I did this for a friend's wedding, and every one of the guests thought the invitations were reallly expensive and professionally done. Result...lol
