Obviously I know how to check th e history.... to check out whats been viewed.. but how do I find out the exact times??? is that even possible??? I asked my nephew to get off the comp.. at 1 AM & I just want to make suer he did..

You can open up Explorer (file explorer, not Internet Explorer) and check the timestamps of the files that are cached by the browser. Most likely you're using IE, so you can find the files here:
C:\Documents and Settings\\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files.

Simply sort by Modified time and you can view when the last file was accessed.

Check the History tab along the toolbar.

your ISP offers this particular service, like for instace SBC Yahoo they offer PARENTAL CONTROL. ask your ISP whether they have one
