MB =Mega Byte, KB= Kilo Byte
1MB =1024KB so 4MB=1024*4=4096KB
MB and KB are the Unit for measuring the volume of data in Computer.Further 1024MB=1GB(Giga byte).

MB stands for MegaByte = 1 milion bytes (1.024.000 bytes exactly)
KB stands for KiloByte = 1 thousand bytes (1024 bytes exactly)

4KB = 4.096 bytes
4MB = 4.096.000 bytes = 4.096 KiloBytes

4MB is therefore much bigger memory capacity than 4KB
One MP3 song is about 4MB, one really small picture is about 4KB.
