low frequency processors which is measured by Mhz (megahertz) means slow processing speed the higher the frequency the faster the computer but not only the processor makes a computer fast there are also other parts to be considered the video card, motherboard.memory and so on. The micro processor allowed computers to shrink in size but also grow in speed and capabilities.
