there is a procedure that is pretty inexpensive and you get immediate results. NO LIE.
Detox body wrap. Most spas do them and it takes about 2hrs. It will help your skin too. Just drink plenty of water the day before you go and then do it again right before your "event".

well something cool must be going on then....hope its worth it....lol. Anyways my girlfriend has used this method and boy it works.....cos she is hot....lol. she never eats after 6pm and goes to bed around 10 -11. she drinks plenty of water each day and just eats normally with walks every second evening. The key here is not to eat after 6.....trust me. Ask your chemist for something for the blackheads etc and shower regularly...good luck

Drink some green tea, too...make sure it's the diet, tho. It'll help flush your system and take a lot of water retention out of the equation.

first of all why, just curious!! fot the skin biore cleansing wipes and biore pore cleansing nose strips if they are on you nose also!! for the inches do weight lifts to help abs a little, umm sit ups, just the basics that is all i can tell you sorry!!

well my waist is 26, nt so kool. u shud try reducing ur calories and try doing some form of exercise. use proactive for ur pimples.
