There was a question regarding suicide but it was closed to new answers, but in one of the questions regarding gangstalking, it was said that the gangstalkers want their victims to commit suicide, it is prefered over them being murdered so there is no evidence. So, in effect, the gangstalkers are murdering their victims, but just getting them to kill themselves, so why isn't anything being done about gangstalking, with so many victims being terrorized and tormented by gangstalkers and no one is doing anything about it, even the police are in on it, as there is police-sponsored gangstallking and when you show a cop something about it, their facial expression tells it all, it convicts them beyond a shadow of a doubt, it tells it all, they have to know about it and be in on it to get an expression like that on their face, so why is suicide ok when cops or gangstalkers get to make you do it to yourself?

In most states, suicide itself is not actually illegal because there is no way to punish the victim-criminal.

However, most states also list suicide on the books, primarily so that they can make assisted suicide and attempted suicide illegal. Under some state constitutions, it is often hard to justify making 'assist' or 'attempt' illegal if the underlying action is not also illegal.

Stalking itself is harassment, and that is separately actionable.

Dr. Kevorkian was arrested several times for his humane acts of assisted suicides. Any one that is a Christian will know up front and without a doubt suicide will get you a ticket straight down. To be "forced" to commit suicide by a gangstalker or any one else does not qualify as a suicide to the "Big Man" above for he knows what is going on whether the law does or not. Many people that attempt suicide and fail usually end up in Psychiatric Hospitals of some sort and medicated, to be released at a later date to try again. What you are saying about the gangstalkers is murder, whether it looks like a suicide or not it is still murder. Proving it in court or to others is the hard part.

Yes, suicide is a crime.

If you succeed, you can not be convicted of the crime.

If you fail, there is a HIGH chance you won't be held accountable (by a judge or jury) for it, though Psych eval will be done, as will hospitalization, etc.

And, what you are talking about is normally called "Suicide by cop".

(((I have NO IDEA what the hell a "gangstalker" is...)))

Suicide by cop is NEVER a smart thing.

Sometimes, the cops won't do it, and then you have to deal with all the consequences of your actions that led up to that point.

Also, if you murder someone, so they will put you to death, THAT is a LONG wait.

Suicide itself is illegal, in the most legal sense of the term. If you kill yourself, you broke the law. Gangstalking does not necessarily refer to driving a person to suicide.

One reason it is illegal is because of life insurance benefits. Policies in most cases, don't have to pay in the event the deceased was killed in the commission of a crime. However, there has been a change in some policies. If a policy holder has the insurance over a certain amount of years, then the insurance company is required to pay--maybe not the whole amount. But that's just business for ya.

Yes it is a crime but I know from experience (not my own) that when you attempt suicide the police do get involved but not usually to the point where you may be arrested.

The crime is the trauma suffered by the one who first comes upon the suicide's corpse. Many never recover.

making formal criminal charges against someone who committed suicide is useless and a complete waste of our legal system partially because the accused (the person who committed suicide would not be able to face those who accuse them in a court of law.

If you are not killing yourself willfully and without duress, you are being murdered. When you have a criminal telling you to shoot yourself, that's not suicide. It would never hold water in court.
