I pulled back on my bikes brakes really hard and the back brakes wire snapped so when I pull back on the handle it don't stop. so i can only use my front brakes which are also messed up. How can I fix the wire??

Go to a bike shop and get a new brake cable. Sounds like you may need one for your front brake as well. While you are at it change the pads also if they are worn. If you don't feel comfortable changing the cable and adjusting the brakes, take it to a bike shop. They should be able to do it relatively inexpensively.

If the cable snapped, it will need to be replaced. You can buy replacement cables at any bike shop, and some sporting goods stores. You may even be able to find what you need at Wal-mart!
