Call up Binny and invite him over for some hot chocolate and smores and discuss where we went wrong, while Fleetwood Mac plays in the background on the White House stereo system.

He would have sent the troops into Afghanistan to ferret out bin Laden instead of starting a totally meaningless war in Iraq. With the troops that are in Iraq added to the troops in Afghanistan, bin Laden would have been captured a long time ago. Instead, we get Americans dying for no reason in Iraq other than to satisfy a personal vendetta on the part of President Chimp. Recent disclosures show that Saddam Hussein wanted no part of al Qaeda and even feared them somewhat. Does this sound like someone who was harboring them? Let's face it - Bushey f***ed up which isn't unusual, this just happened to be his biggest f***up. Never would have happened with Clinton or Gore in office. And remember, Gore won the 2000 election - not ChimpFace Bush.

Destroy the Taliban and rebuild Afghanistan.

Iraq had nothing to do with the attacks on the WTC.

He would not have wasted valuable military resources on a unwinnable conflict.

He would have listened to his military commanders and not wasted so many American lives on a wild goose chase.

Our economy would not be in the tank over senseless spending on a failed military campaign.

He would've called in Sandy Berger and Madeleine Albright and said "Geez, what do these guys want? What do we have to do to make them stop?" And Sandy and Madeleine would've made those strange sounds it's so nice not to have to listen to anymore and offered up nothing - nada, zipola, fuhgedaboudit!

Of course, the questions would have been rhetorical and nothing more than his usual way of stalling while looking for a way to do as little as possible so as to minimize the risk to his political standing (and his "legacy"!).

He would have bit his lower lip, brought tears to his eyes, and said to the camera "I know we have done things to make you mad, and disrespected you both as a people and as a major religion, and I don't blame you for getting our attention in this way. Can't we meet, and talk, and all be friends?"

Jesse Jackson would be standing on his right when he said it.
