Just follow her directions as well as you can! Keep a small bottle of lotion in your purse, desk, etc.,and then use it as you can,it doesn't take long to apply it to your arm, especially when you compare it to having your arm broke out!!!! Good Luck!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely- you can try and accept that you will have dry scaly skin that turns off every guy you will ever meet, or you can carry a small bottle of lotion with you and do what your doctor says. The choice is your. You might be able to get a job as lizard lady in the circus if the lotion thing is too much work.

I got some of that in-shower lotion...You use it right after you rinse off your body wash. I have really bad dry skin and it never mattered what lotion I used, in a few hours, I'd start getting ashy again. This stuff really seems to help with that, so it might help with the bumps, too.

Go to a different dermatoligist. My 7 year old daughter has the same problem and we have a special cream we use every other day and it works great. No amount of lotion will change those bumps.

You need to listen to your doctor. Even if you don't have time for it, it's better to spend about 20 seconds per are 6 times per day to make them go away.

Also, be sure to keep yourself hydrated. Drink AT LEAST 8, 8 ounce glasses of water a day. They sell water bottles that hold that much water in them. It will make you have to use the bathroom a lot, but your skin will look better and your body will feel better. (If you combine it with healthy eating, it's also good for weight loss, if that's something you're interested in.)

How about Eucerin Cream it works wonders. Or just plain Vasiline. But I would definately go with the Eucerin Cream. It is for extremely dry skin and you only need to put in on once a day. It stays on. Trust me.

Maybe you can use a thicker moisturizer so you don't have to put it on as many times, like coconut oil or vaseline
