If it was controll able to the point where any criminal organization could not get and abuse the tech then there would be no legal ramifications. On the other hand we all know that that is impossible because everyone needs money and Organized Crime has that in spades. Now the Other issue is called the religious right who believe hat if we are able to create life then one of there tennents of there religion is disproven and they do not count cloning animals or plants as they believe that these do not have souls! Get rid of religion in politics and we are a free society. Get rid of Organized crime and there will be no need for religion!

The good points on cloning is that their will be stronger people in this World. Because, they will not clone the weak and they will die. The Bad side to this is that something or someone might come up out of this that will be Healthy and Strong and very Mean. When you mess with the Genes then your messing with a very complicated thing. While the Genes may turn out the same. What if the Nuerological make-up messes up along the way somewhere. This could get ugly! Scientist don't know to much about the brain as it is now.

Well, i dont think i really know enough details to comment on it much, but from what i do know i would say that...

The good points are: Cloning Organs

1. Bcuz no one would ever have to die due to lack of donor organs.
2. It would also put a stop the illiegal organ donor business, cuz there would no longer be a demand for it.
3. And since it would always be your OWN organ you would be re-creating so to speak, you´d never have the problem of it not being a match.

The bad points are: Trying to "bring back" a person, or pet or just someone we loved.

1. Bcuz, as incredibly difficult and sad as it is to lose someone we love, death is also a part of life, and you cant bring back that person after they´re gone. I dont know if its wrong or not, but in my point of view it does feel wrong.
2. And even if you were able to bring back this person you lost...it would only be their physical body. It wouldnt be the same person.

Im not sure if this helps but, but i hope it does. Good luck with your homework. :)

Good points? Well, I don't think there really are, but if I had to force an answer, I would say that truly good, helpful, wonderful people could be duplicated. For instance, people that save lives, find cures, improve the world, etc.
Bad points.....eventually, there would be too many genes duplicated and people could end up inbreeding!!
Also, I think it is one of the worst and most risky trespasses of messing with nature. That would totally throw an inbalance into this world that could be far worse than any wars....even catastrophic.
Animals cloned...probably not a threat...but people...no...don't do it.

Yeah probable. Einstein, especially Hitler were formed circuitously through the social activities they lived with the help of and oppurtunities which surfaced alongside the way. in case you created a Hitler clone, he would probable pursue his unique dream of being an artist. So recreating each day of that figures life would with any success create an exact reproduction, yet some issues received't be managed e.g no warfare or vast journey, early demise by using ailment etc. yet one of those simulation will be necessary through minute through minute element, which merely isn't plausible.

Overpopulation and the chaos that would result from upheaval of legal and religious systems. Won't be pretty.

IMO you just don't mess with nature like that. I'm not a religious fanatic or anything, but we're not God.
