Any team will find it hard to win against Brazil.
Maybe the whole England setup should really sit up and think about doing something and wanting to do it, instead of putting the blame on something else every time they fail. That's for their own benefit.
Honestly, I think England's been unconvincing in almost every international tournament for the last 10 years at least.
Though Portugal isn't necessarily a bad side, England's also lost to the likes of Sweden and Ireland in recent years. Poor showings against teams that are not stronger than themselves only shows that England isn't really at the level that they believe that they are. And usually, its their star player or the manager that have to bear the brunt of the blame.

Why are people mentioning "Great" and "Portugal" in the same sentence? What have they ever won, bunch of cheats. How did they get on against little old Finland last week?
How come England are 5th and Portugal 8th in the fifa world rankings, Why? Cause England are better than Portugal.
How often do Brazil lose? not often, they are class.

I think we are just as good as Portugal but Ricardo is a top, nay, THE top keeper at saving pens in the biz. Paul Robbo is just not good ENOUGH.
Also there are key battles in the game. Roon against Ricardo. Owen or Crouch should be on Carvalhio Joe Cole and Ash Cole on the left should take take care of C.Ronaldo on the wing and we have one of the best defence lines in the world club and country. England rules!!!

One defeat against Brazil doesn't really count as always. Portugal was simply down to Svens inability to make a decent substitution, we should have beaten them both times, but was tactically outclassed

Luck, if the players are in the zone then they can play great but they usually aren't, sorry England, too bad.....
