The USA values sports the most by far. I'd say any of the muslims countries value sports less. They are to busy beheading infidels.

The U.S. values sports the most. Sports is not very big in many Asian countries. They concentrate on education.

The superpowers the most, the starving the least. Usually the descendents from colder climates the most, as they had to do sports to keep warm in winter, but the African long distance runners are the incredible exception.

Depends on the sport. Britan places great emphasis on football, america puts a huge emphasis on their footbal and NASCAR, so, i guess france and israel and france have the least focus on sports, but i've been wrong before.
