I'm too old to have pimples, when do they go away?! It's really embarrassing. I don't have too many of them but I don't want ANY. What facial cleansers can anyone recommend? My skin isn't all that oily, it's just that the pores seem to clog up easily.

I know they say this is bad for your face, but take tooth paste--the paste kind, not the gel--and dot some on each zit. Leave it overnight. It will dry them out and "kill" them.

Use toner, too. It gets EVERYTHING out of your pores. Any brand works--I use the equate brand from WalMart, and it works just as well as the more expensive brands.

Use DOVE soap it helps clear up acne in less than a week or two. To prevent acne from coming back drink lots and lots of water eat right exercise and also try not to be in stress alot.
You can use a neutrogena pore cleanser to get rid of all the disgusting stuff in your pores. You can also get facials and your local beauty parlor to close them up at least once a month.

DONT GET FOOLED BY BUYING NEW PRODUCTS to help you get rid of zits. They only want your money- Proactiv works but in another month or so you'll see what damage it can do. Put vaseline or hydocortisone cream to get rid of blotches, redness swelling and of course- pimples

To get rid of acne/pimples, use an acne treatment with benzyl peroxide. To prevent acne from coming back, drink plenty of water every day. Use a daily face wash with salicylic acid in it to unclog dirt and oil from pores, which cause pimples. Make sure to moisturize every day too, because acne medicine will otherwise dry your face out. If your face thinks that it is being dried out, it will produce even more oil, causing acne. Hope I helped.

The journey to self confidence starts with pimple acceptance. Wash your face regularly with a gentle cleanser and just pop the whiteheads once in a while. Follow this path and you will achieve total conciousness.

I use Neutrogena Blackhead eliminating scrub. Works really good. All products don't work for everyones skin type though. Just keep trying them until you find the right one for you.
