ummm well im 15, 123 pounds, and im 5'5. and he said that that is how ur spose to be at 15. he said anything lighter that 115 wasnt really that healthy. but ur weight and height go together but not for a 15 year old more like for a 12 years old.

You sound Amazing I'm a dancer and i weigh 64 and im 4' 10" you sound like me except older and your just fine my friend is 14 and weighs 140 and my other friend is 12 and she weighs 126 so you should feel good about yourself cause your exersising and your little just dont become obsessed with it.dont forget to eat healthy! you sound great!

That is fine. Your weight is fine for your height. The question now is whether or not you FEEL good. (Good = healthy.) If your weight is in the healthy range like it is and you still feel unhealthy in general, see a doctor/dietician.
