im 7 years out of hs but i loved loved loved marching band.
it was the best time i had in high school

lol when I was in High School man... I felt sorry for the band nerds..
and no Im not being mean, well to out band people anyways, they called themselves and wanted to be called Band Nerds! they were proud and by right so to we won many championships and even played for President Clinton twice.
but back to the other story lol
They would tell me horro stories of band boot camp, most of them would loose around 10 pounds and have nice sun burns all over there shoulders and chest.
They worked them hard, I dont know how yours is but man.. WHEW I felt for them..
But you can't have perfection without struggle and pain ;)

I LOVE marching band. Best thing I've ever joined.
I play mellophone, whereas last year I played flute.
I love going out onto the field and performing our halftime show.
We're playing funky music for our show.
Marching band rockz.

You think high school band was time consuming, try college marching band. WOOF! Don't get me wrong, its a lot of fun, but it's very hard and time consuming.

this is my second year in marching band...i dont like marching band at all i just like all the people in my section because we have parties...lol im trying out for colorgaurd next year

i used to be in marching band in sixth grade. it was pretty cool. i stopped after 6th though because it stopped me from going to youth group... too time consuming. our school's show this year is about a fox hunt... sorta wierd. but another school's around us is all abot the beatles... it great!

Yea im in the band. i dont kno abou you guys but my band memebers are crazy! its fun being with them especially when we get in trouble for actin a fool. even so our band i s well known for its sound. i play clarinet and piano. i plan to join FAMU band after high skool.
