That is a purely personal thing that you must decide upon yourself. I can say from personal experience, I wish I had waited. My first time was with a jerk and he was a virgin too. Neither of us knew anything and it just wasn't good at all. We didn't care about each other, we just wanted to see what sex was like. So we did. It was a nightmare. I am surprised I wanted to try it again, with someone else. I am now glad I did, but it took awhile. You never get that first time back. It can be so very special with that right person. Make sure that person is THE one before you do it.

This isn't a question anyone can answer for you, unfortunately. It all depends on how you feel and your personal beliefs on the subject. If you think you NEED to wait until you're married for whatever reason (religous or spirtual beliefs, for example) then wait! But I don't think its right for people to tell you it's wrong NOT to wait if you think that's the path for you.
From personal experience, sex and making love are a beautiful thing, and they should be with someone you truly love. But a big part of being with someone is being compatible in EVERY way - including sexually. I'm not married and I've had sex and I'm not ashamed. In fact, if I'd waited I might have wound up with someone who I just don't "click" with that way - I've had a couple of those in my years.
Follow your heart and good luck!

I did and I will never regret it.
The first time is so emotionally charged, I wouldn't have been able to trust someone I barely knew with my body.
My husband was so loving and gentle and understanding. :-)
Plus what better gift could you give to the man you love?
And I don't mean to scare you but it HURT. And just being able to trust my husband to go really slow or stop at times was wonderful, if it had just been some guy, who knows if he would have taken such care, or if he just would have kept going, no matter how much it hurt.

Yes.. at least wait until you are with the person that you will spend the rest of your life with.. And if you wait long enought o be engaged, why not wait a few more months until you are married? :)
I wish i would have waited! Wait for the right guy!

Its really up to you. I personally am not having sex until I am married because I feel that if me and my guy aren't strong enough to wait to have sex until marriage then how in the hell are we going to make it when we are married......
