The Bible
It is true that God will only give you as much as you can handle, withstand.
An example is Job in the Bible. He was put through so much lost his children, ect......
But through it all he seemed to handle it.

The following may or more likely may not be recorded somewhere, however, the thought behind such a saying lies in ones hope that there is a God, and that there must be some reason for God putting one through what one is experiencing... since there is a God, and God is in charge of life, and God is a loving God, and would not cause one to experience more than one is capable of experiencing, right?

By the way, the actual reason for what one must "handle" is oneself.. via ones Fate Karma. As ye sow, so must ye reap.

I tryed to find that in the Bible for you and will if you will e-mail me and give me your addy. But what this verse means just what it says. When a person is on thier death bed suffereing horrible then God will shorten the time you have so that you will not have to suffer long! God Bless! It goes for hardships in life also. God will always shoten our sufferingas because God knows how much we can endure and only God knows that!

God doesn't give you anything that you yourself haven't chosen to go through. Before you incarnated in this vale of tears you were shown everything that you would endure and the karmic lessons to be learned. If you're in suffering deal with it and reap the karmic benefits. Only through hardship do you grow and develop as a person.

I've heard this for years: "God will never put on you what he doesn't think you can't handle. What he gives you to handle
will only make you stronger."
I think it's very true too. Somehow we always seem to make it through whatever is going on in our lives & somehow we are
still living & breathing even though we think we won't make it. He
knows what he's doing!!! Even though it seems harsh & unfair...he's got a plan for all of us.

It is a very handy saying to exonerate ones pitiful life and STILL have faith in a god. This is akin to "God helps those who help themselves." Yet, we are to thank this god for our successes, and blame ourselves for our failures!
