when a mere human neglects things or makes mistakes, we are "wrong"?

For instance, a lot of people try to say God is "neglectful" by looking at how screwed up the world is today, but the religious followers say it's because "God isn't concerned with those things" or "he's trying to teach us a lessson", but when real people make mistakes, or are neglectful, or make bad decisions, we end up in jail, tickets, fines, abuse, and so on, so OBVIOUSLY in OUR world those thigns were WRONG, so why is it ok for GOD to get away with everything and it's RIGHT and JUSTIFIED?

I'd like a REAL answer too, not a generic, sugarcoated answer of "God is all" or anything like that, but an answer that actually GETS to this specific question.

The world is screwed up today because of the choices humans have made. God doesn't cause problems, people do. And the way we choose to deal with those problems determines our character. If we accept a challenge and learn from it, we are stronger, but if we cave in when life presents challenges, then we become weak in character. When things don't go our way we can either rise above it and ask Him for guidance, or blame Him.

If you think God sits in Heaven and throws curve balls at us all day, you are wrong. That isn't what HE is all about.

Who is to say what is "wrong or right" . Man makes up those terms. Man also makes his choices. God doesn't make our choices for us. The only thing we can say God did is create us. From that point on it has been up to us. Our choice. Good and bad is also Man's terms. When we begin blaming others for our mistakes, that is the beginning of our faults. When we choose to heal or correct our own actions, that is when we are able to change our reality. I also try to not limit God, to my finite definition of who or what God is. This can cause a very narrow view of God. God is limitless. There are more things in Heaven and Earth than what one can imagine. Let God worry about those things we cannot imagine. We only need to worry about us. We are not to judge God. That is what Lucifer tried to do.Take good care of yourself, and just Thank God for your life, you will never live the same one again. Enjoy !!!

I have never met a person that believes in God, and also thinks that God makes mistakes. I have met several people like you that say things like that in an attempt to show us Christians why they think we are wrong.

The reason why people that believe in God make those statements about "he's trying to teach us a lesson", etc, is because they don't think God makes mistakes, and they believe that God is very merciful. So they come up with a reason that doesn't conflict with their beliefs.

For one thing, God is a human invention. For another, man is just trying to control choas the best he knows how. Unfortunately, he uses God as his excuse.

In the bible, god says he gave the world to satan until his return. It is to allow us to have free will to choose him. We have the option to believe in him or not or to fall into the sins of the world. And it is these people who have fallen that cause the world to be what it is today, not god.

He is God. Just look at who were are. We have no right to place blame and judge God. He knows all and knows what will happen to you tomorrow. Be thankful for God is merciful and loving.
