How long before it starts to break down?

When I went to pharmacy school I went to see a radioactive pharmacist work and with all the chemicals they just mix it and can have it ready and to you in no time. Give them the time to mix it and deliver it to you.

Now for how long before it takes to completly breaks down...I don't know but the doctors usually order it so for a specific time so .....it's intented to be used as soon as possible because it starts breaking down right away.
