You know if your really in love if there is nothing you wont say or do for the other person and like wise for them to you. When there are no limitations to what you would do. When you are consumed by their beings and when you can accept their faults for what they are. RESPECT. When its given both ways without hesitation. That's love given and love returned.

i equate being in love and founding the right house very similarly
I cant put it into words but
the first time I saw my spouse I knew she was the one and had never felt quite like this and she was the one
together we looked at many houses (our first house) and we some som nice and some eeehhh houses, but when we say the one for use, we both happened to look at each other at the same and said "this may be the one"
YOU JUST KNOW and if you dont know, then they are NOT the one

if you are willing to sacrifice everything for the person, then you are in love. If the other person do the same thing to you, then that is love.

Stop listening for what you want to hear and stop saying what you think they want to hear from you. Show that person how much you care and they should show you the same. "I love you" is a very easily uttered phrase for many people but showing it is much more difficult.

His/her act. If that person really love you, then he/she will do anything for you. You could test him/her by asking him/her to do something for you.

get a common friend to go and tell the guy "omg i think "blah" likes you. what do you think?"
if the guy doesnt reply positively the friend can just say oh i was pulling your leg
