I use Mcafee Firewall provided through my subscription to my ISP(COMCAST) and I was wandering if I use the feature that blocks IP address if i enter the IP of spammers email address will this feature prevent mail from coming to my INBOX from these A-WHOLES?

Yes you can block all incoming mail from that IP.
