I use Mcafee Firewall provided through my subscription to my ISP(COMCAST) and I was wandering if I use the feature that blocks IP address if i enter the IP of spammers email address will this feature prevent mail from coming to my INBOX from these A-WHOLES?

Yahoo Anti-undercover agent does not block any undercover agent ware. It in basic terms tries to get rid of any undercover agent ware it is already on your pc. i think you're seeing "monitoring cookies" which by themselves are in simple terms innocuous textual content textile (.txt) information. monitoring cookies are a reality of existence whilst information superhighway-surfing and could re-generate themselves on many web pages, each and each time you bypass to.
