Hook some light weights up to some Clothes Pins and hang the weight off of your nipples! Slowly add weight over time! (BTW This works with your Cl*tor*s as well)

Nippleplasty. I think Farrah Faucet had nippleplasty a few years back, and it helped her career. And it didn't hurt Jennifer Aniston either. Just make sure you get it done properly. Nipple adjustments are expensive and hard to reverse...

why would you want long nipples? I saw a chick with almost 4 inch long nipples once at a strip club, and I almost threw up. I gave her money to get away from me.

I don't know the answer. But long thick nipples will get you lots of action. "Large" nipples - in terms of total circumference - are not hot. But long, thick ones ... mmm, you need tugged, big time.

You can't do anything. If your breasts grow, they might get wider, but they probably won't get longer.
It's not sexy. Most guys are NOT turned on my large nipples. As someone who is "just one of the guys" with her friends, I get to hear these things...it's...pleasant.
