is that a cue to stop and clean up?

Well in an ideal world, you wouldn't stop until both partners were satisfied. But especially if you are using condoms, after ejaculation it is a good idea to remove and dispose of the condom, and perhaps have another one at the ready if he can achieve another erection! Cleaning up any stray semen may keep a stray swimmer from finding his way north. Also, many men find that the penis is very sensitive to touch right after ejaculation, so anything further could be unpleasant. But it doesn't mean after you clean up a little you have to get dressed and head for McDonald's. There plenty of night to continue lovemaking!

It is for me. I'm good about making sure the other person is satisfied though. For me, however, it's like, okay, all done, shower time!

a good guy would keep going until you are satisfied....or not get off until you do...take some experience and a partner who is not self centered.
