how do speak with a live person?! i want my money back for NFL pass!!?

First of all be confident. If the person you are talking to is big, then have a group of friends with you. He might be able to scare you off if you were alone, but if you were with a group, then he couldn't do anything.

If you do get a 'person' don't be surprised to hear a click. If they do not want to talk to you they will not answer once they have you on caller I.D.

Then again, leave messages everywhere to call YOU. Multiple emails and letters . . .
