this is how it looks except the material is not velvet..what can i wear under it? i dont want anything too formal because i want to wear it at school..im thinking a white wife beater? what do you guys think?

a wife beater would be good just make sure to have it open, a long necklace you could wrap around you neck, some denim jeans or capris, and some cute black strappy shoes.

Cute shirt!!! I would not wear a wife beater at all!!! That would look very tacky!! It depends on what color bottoms you are wearing, but definitely wear a cami under it or u want to be wild, a cute bra would do nicely!! lol Well good luck and work it girl!

I think its really cute u should where a plain white tanktop or even a tuptop that would be cute not a wife beater

no, a white beater would make it too dressed down and clash with the girly black velvet. wear a cream or white cami with lace or beads.

You can dress it up with a white cami and I think it would look great. If you want to dress it down go with a brightly colored top in a solid color so it isn't too busy. Good luck :)

you can wear a bright colored cashmere shirt or just a bright colored shirt and i don't think a wife beater would look very good
